Which channel for what

Some questions are much faster on one channel than the other.

• Sizing, fit and cloth — call (718) 768-1100 during store hours. Chest and waist measurements are quicker to sort out in conversation than in writing.
• An order you have already placed — email support@famesuitoutlet.com and put the order number in the subject line.
• Returns and exchanges — email support@famesuitoutlet.com before sending anything back, so we can tell you where to send it.
• Alterations, or seeing a suit in person — come to the counter at 2085 86th St. No appointment is needed.

Visit the store

The store is on 86th Street in Bensonhurst, Brooklyn, and everything on this website is on the floor there.

If you are travelling to us, check the hours above first — Sunday closes an hour and a half earlier than the rest of the week. Use the Get Directions link on the map to open the route on your phone.

Send us a message

Use the form below if you would rather write than call. Tell us the item, your chest or waist measurement, and the date you need it by; that is usually enough for us to answer in one reply.
