Shipping policy

1. Where we ship

We ship to addresses within the United States.

All prices and shipping charges on this site are in United States dollars. We do not currently ship outside the United States.

2. Shipping rates

Standard delivery is $8.00, express delivery is $15.00, and orders totalling $70.00 or more ship standard at no charge.

The rate that applies to your order is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. There are no separate handling charges added later.

3. Order processing

Orders placed before 12 PM Eastern on a business day begin processing the same day.

Orders placed after that time, or at a weekend, begin processing on the next business day. Preparation takes 1 to 2 business days before the parcel leaves us.

4. Delivery times

After dispatch, standard delivery inside the United States takes 4 to 8 business days.

Express delivery is quicker in transit, though it does not shorten the 1 to 2 business days of preparation that come first. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays, and carrier networks run slower around major holidays.

5. Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you when your parcel is dispatched.

If the tracking has not updated for several days, email support@famesuitoutlet.com with your order number and we will open an enquiry with the carrier.

6. Delivery addresses

We can only ship to the address entered at checkout, and it cannot be changed once a parcel has been dispatched.

Check the address carefully before paying. If you spot a mistake immediately, email support@famesuitoutlet.com straight away and we will correct it if the order has not yet left us.

7. Lost or delayed parcels

If a parcel has not arrived within 8 business days of dispatch, contact us and we will investigate.

We will either trace the parcel with the carrier or send a replacement, depending on what the carrier tells us. You are not left to chase the carrier yourself.
