By using famesuitoutlet.com or placing an order on it, you agree to the terms set out on this page.

The site is operated by Fame Men's Suit Outlet, 2085 86th St, Brooklyn, NY 11214. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the site.

2. Who may order

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to place an order.

By ordering, you confirm that the payment method used is yours or that you have permission to use it, and that the details you have given us are accurate.

3. Products and descriptions

We describe every item as accurately as we can, including its cloth, colour and construction.

Screens render colour differently, so a navy or charcoal may look slightly different in person from how it appears on your monitor. Measurements are given as a guide to fit and small variations occur between garments of the same size.

4. Prices

All prices are shown in United States dollars and include no sales tax until tax is calculated at checkout.

Prices may change without notice, but the price shown at the moment you complete checkout is the price that applies to your order.

5. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy, and a contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch.

We may decline or cancel an order — for example where an item is no longer available, where a price or description was clearly wrong, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it in full.

6. Payment

Payment is taken through the checkout at the time the order is placed.

Card details are handled by our payment provider, not by us. If a payment is declined the order will not be processed.

7. Shipping and returns

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund Policy, both of which form part of these terms.

Nothing on this page limits the statutory rights you have as a consumer.

8. Use of this website

You may use this site to browse and buy for your own personal use.

You may not copy, scrape or republish the text or photographs on it, use it to place fraudulent or speculative orders, or attempt to interfere with its operation or security.

9. Intellectual property

The layout, text and images on this site belong to Fame Men's Suit Outlet or are used with permission.

Brand names of any third party mentioned on the site remain the property of their owners.

10. Liability

Our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as an event you missed because a carrier delivered late. This does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law.
